2ND WOMEN IN MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

THEME:
BRINGING FRESH PERSPECTIVES TO LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

As we go through the first decade of the 21st century, the leadership issue assumes a more crucial dimension. What are the core competencies and values that leaders and managers require to positively affect their organizations and move them to a higher plane of performance? How can these competencies and values be acquired and adopted? These are some of the critical issues that the Conference will focus on. It will also examine the leadership challenges faced by female leaders and managers and discuss the strategies for effectively combining the positive qualities unique to women with other capabilities for leadership success. In addition to exposure to contemporary management thought and practice, the conference will offer participants quality networking opportunities.

    Registration can be made by:
  • Writing to the Registrar / CE stating Name, Organization, Position, Address, Phone and E-mail
  • Calling any of the Institute’s phone numbers giving your Name, Organization, Position, etc.
  • Sending an E-mail with the information stated above
  • Using the nomination form provided in the Course letter / brochure
  • Registering online
In all cases applicants should send evidence (Bank Teller or Draft) of having paid the course fee into NIM account in any of the banks given above.
