- Write your NAME (surname first) in the teller exactly as they should appear on your CERTIFICATE in CAPITAL LETTERS (no abbreviation) please
- Pay the sum of N9000 (Nine Thousand Naira Only) into NIM Account number:2432050011211 with the First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
- Use your TELLER to fill your information on the FORM online
- Teller payment must be in candidate's name
- Schedule of Induction for January - April, 2010:
- NOTE: If we get the required number before the deadline, the registration will be closed

Date of Payment and Date of Birth MUST follow the pattern

In work experience section of the FORM, if nothing is applicale just type NONE into the boxes
Bring your TELLER to the induction venue, NOT cash
No registration will be done on the day of any induction programme, you are expected to register online on or before the stipulated deadlines
Remember, DO NOT leave any BOX (on the form) EMPTY
