NIM MANAGEMENT

For its day-to-day activities, the institute is administered under a directorate system headed by a Registrar / Chief Executive, who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute being supported by Directors running the affairs of the Institute.

At present, there are four directorates. These are: Directorate of Capacity Building, Directorate of Membership Services, Directorate of Human Resources and AdministrationTraining and Directorate of Finance and Accounts.

The Directors in turn are assisted Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors and Financial Contoller who handles the accounts and finance matters in the Institute, Area offices Consultants, Principal Managers, Senior Managers, Management Consultants, Managers, Assistant Managers and other supporting staff. The management staff combine academic excellence with professional training and industrial expreience gathered both in Nigeria and overseas.
