Induction programme is normally conducted for newly elected members. This is done on quarterly basis. The Induction programme is meant to formally accept the new members into the Institute and to make them understand how to get along as members of the Institute and what benefits and privileges await them.
Also, to present them with Membership Certificates which authenticate their membership of the Institute.
Other features of the Induction Programme include.
- Management Lectures - from distinguished members of the Institute
- Group photograph and lunch
- Display of the Institute's souvenirs (for sale) ranging from N50 to NI,500.
